Sunday Morning Blogger
The New Year has begun and so have the resolutions we made a few days ago. Listening to the resolutions people make for themselves and then actually seeing their level of achievement is interesting.

Personally, I have made, what I think, are two very important decisions as far as my health. One is to stop eating meat and the other is to cut sugar from my diet. Since I’m not a big meat eater that resolution should not be a problem. The other, however, is a different story. It will be interesting to see if I achieve my goal.

Amazon has listed the top 10 resolutions
that are being made in 2009. As with every year diet and losing weight are at the top of the list. Place your vote on the poll in the left hand column of this Amazon page and get a glimpse of the top ten goals that are being made.

The one important step in making goals or resolutions work is to do this:

Change your way of thinking!

The potential to succeed is determind by how and what you think.

If you limit your thinking during the process of achieving your resolutions you limit your potential for success. Positive thoughts will make all the difference between success and failure. One of my other goals is to make good thinking a consistent part of my life.
